When we set out to create Flipagram, we thought that making a super-simple fun way to share photos, set to music would be popular. But, we had no clue it would get this popular this fast.
Within one week of releasing our app we become the 1st place Overall Free App in the US Appstore! Since then we’ve been growing across the world too… making this truly a “Hello World” post! :)
We’ve been overwhelmed by the popularity of Flipagram and doing everything we can just to add important features, fix bugs and prevent crashes.
Consequently, we haven’t had time to put in the instructions and welcome help to guide our first-time users. So, in addition to saying hi and thanking you all for using Flipagram, I’d like to point out a few simple things that can help you get the most out of Flipagram:
You can double click any picture on the Add Moments screen to change the cropping. You can change the default cropping to “fit” under Settings if you want your whole picture to be shown.
You can click and hold on any photo on the Add Moments screen, then drag-and-drop to to change its order in your flipagram.
You can duplicate a picture by clicking on it and selecting duplicate from the bottom menu. Pro Tip: Duplicate several frames of the same picture in a row to emphasize that frame in your final #flipagram.
4. Music Start Time
Once you’ve selected music on the Create screen, you can move the waveform left and right to set the start time at exactly where you want it. Make sure to preview your changes before finalizing to ensure that it’s starting at exactly where you want it to.
5. Music from the Cloud
You must download any track you want to use for a flipagram to your phone before you can use it.
That’s it for now. Thanks again for all the love and attention, and stay tuned: Flipagram is just getting started!
Flip Yeah! :)
